Khan’s Bilal Restaurant, nestled in Bandar Baru Permyjaya, Miri, is quickly becoming a favorite among locals and visitors alike for its authentic Pakistani cuisine. Many patrons, like Sheazeza Shimedzu, rave about their delectable roti canai kosong, often paired with a refreshing teh o peng, noting it as unbeatable in taste and value for money. Service is generally swift, especially for this signature dish, which tends to arrive within minutes.
However, some reviews hint at variability; while Jason Lau enjoyed the flavorful cheese naan and tender lamb briyani, he mentioned that the flavors could be more robust. Asaf Razaq also speaks highly of the chicken curry and grilled skewers, suggesting that patrons can expect reliable and appealing tastes.
Notably, the restaurant operates 24 hours, making it an excellent spot for those late-night cravings. Despite mixed vibes on service times, many, including DDR, appreciate the hospitality, stating that it's one of the most affordable breakfast spots around—where a roti with coffee can set you back only RM 3.50. Overall, Khan’s Bilal Restaurant delights with its tasty offerings and welcoming atmosphere, promising a satisfying dining experience.

The restaurant’s 24-hour service and convenient parking further enhance its appeal, making it a popular choice for both breakfast and late-night meals. Did not have a bad experience here, but you do need to call the staff to order. The food is generally alright.
This is my go-to Sunday breakfast spot! I always get the roti canai kosong along with teh o peng.. The roti canai kosong is definitely the highlight – unbeatable value for money and delicious. Service is fast; expect your order in around 5 minutes. If you order other than roti canai kosong waiting time is a little too long. Ample parking makes it a hassle-free visit.
Cheese naan was good but can't beat Kuching’s Ceylonese. Briyani rice with lamb is tasteful and tender but the rice is less oily, can improve bit more on flavoring. Masala tea took a while to deliver.
The rice was standard. The chicken curry was delicious and the grilled skewer and chicken very tasty. This is open 24 hours so a nice place for a late night snack when you're in Miri and need something! WRT other reviewers complaining about service, they have to be fake. The waitresses were responsive and welcoming. No issues at all.
I had roti canai with dhall & Kari kambing was yummy! I came again couple of days later and they maintained the standard! Friendly & helpful staff, and this is probably also the cheapest mamak breakfast in town. 1 roti kosong with hot coffee cost rm 3.50 only ! If you go to other shops it will be at least rm 5
